Sasa Order Dr.Jart BB Cream

With the previous Sasa order I also got some BB Cream, my very first BB Cream order! Sort of late considering bb creams have been really popular for so long.

Most popular brands were sold out on Sasa so I picked Dr.Jart based on the medical sounding name and product description.

I got Dr.Jart+ BB Cream in Premium – black packaging with golden letters

“Dr.Jart+ Premium Blemish Base SPF 45/PA+++ is a triple action BB cream that gives whitening to improve darkness by managing the principle of the skin, wrinkle improvement that cares to the fine lines, and strong sun block. The anti oxidizing ingredient, Bio peptide and EGF revitalizes the skin into elastic and live condition of the original skin and the Platinum ingredient enhances protection from harmful environment. It covers the skin defect to the deep troubles naturally to create clean skin tone and keeps the skin soft for a long time.”

Dr.Jart+ BB Cream in Super Aqua – blue packaging and supposedly has Hyaluronic Acid to maintain moist level.

“Dr. Jart+ Blemish Base Blue Label SPF 27/PA++ provides sun protection from UV rays to skin. This gentle BB Cream enhances skin’s natural radiant glow while covering blemishes for a clean, natural finish. Portulaca oleracea extract, Hyaluronic acid helps maintain healthy moisture level to leave a dewy, flawless look without glossiness. Porous powder controls sebum production while protecting skin from hazardous environmental factors.”

At the time I only opened up the Premium one so here are some first-look swatches

Later I learned Dr.Jart+’s bb cream are darker and redder compare to other brands. I’ve been using both version only sparingly because the initial disappointment. Though I’ve purchased both for dryer winter season, but I guess my skin is more oily than I imagined. Both version melt from my skin very quickly even with primer. The Premium version has about twice as much coverage as the Super Aqua version, and my skin is unnaturally white after using.

Anyway I still need to use both version more to give a final review.
